By accessing the M.Y.P.A.D.S. website or participating in our programs, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Agreement.

Program Participation

Participation in M.Y.P.A.D.S. programs is voluntary. Parents and guardians acknowledge responsibility for providing accurate information and granting permission for student participation.

Students, mentors, and volunteers are expected to demonstrate respectful behavior, accountability, and integrity at all times.

Mentors and Volunteers

Mentors and volunteers agree to:

• Follow all organizational guidelines

• Complete required screenings or onboarding processes

• Maintain appropriate boundaries when working with youth

Program Expectations and Conduct

M.Y.P.A.D.S. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate participation for any individual who fails to comply with program expectations or poses a risk to the safety or well-being of others.

No Guaranteed Outcomes

The content and programs provided by M.Y.P.A.D.S. are for informational, educational, and developmental purposes only. Participation does not guarantee specific academic, athletic, or personal outcomes.

Changes to Terms

M.Y.P.A.D.S. may update these Terms of Agreement at any time. Continued use of the website or participation in programs constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
